This is my design of fully functional corner brackets. I created them especially for the FFF process to be printed using PETG or ASA material. If printed with the correct settings and materials, these corner brackets can withstand high forces.
Dimensions
The part number and file name have the following format:
LR2207-<length>-<screw hole>.3mf
Length
Length is the maximum side length of the bracket. The actual length is about 1-2mm shorter than the declared length.
Screw Hole Diameter
The second number is the screw hole diameter in 1/10 mm steps. Therefore, the value 30 means 3mm. The actual size of the screw holes in the model is about 0.5mm larger than specified, but even with this large tolerance, it may be smaller than the specified size after printing.
