Ladles in Three Different Sizes

Ladles in Three Different Sizes

These are smaller versions of my large functional ladle print. The ladle is designed in two parts that securely and permanently clip together, ensuring a strong hold. I wanted to design a ladle that didn’t require any support during printing, except for a small rim or patch at the tip of the handle to prevent warping. The models are compatible with PLA, PETG, and ASA materials.

Why I Designed a 3D-Printable Ladle

I frequently work with larger buckets of paint, and I’m not keen on pouring paint into smaller containers due to the mess it often creates. There’s always residual paint on the rim that eventually drips down the side, not to mention the occasional dry paint flakes that fall into the new container.

Thus, I engineered these ladles in multiple sizes to aid in transferring paint in controlled, mess-free amounts. They can be conveniently left in the paint bucket for future use.
