I designed replacement covers (“shoes”) for F-clamps specifically for use on flat surfaces. These covers are not suitable for clamping uneven surfaces or corners.
This design is tailored for smaller clamps. I also created a version for medium-sized clamps, which you can find here.
Dimensions
To ensure a perfect fit for your cover, measure your F-clamp using calipers, especially focusing on dimensions H, W, L, C, and T:
- W: Foot width at its widest point. Add 0.5mm and round to the nearest integer.
- H: Average height of the foot sides.
- L: Width as shown; rounding up is fine as the cover is flexible.
- C: Required length of coverage, with available models for 40mm.
- T: Height of the tip from the base, using an average value of 24mm.

LR2220-W25-H4_0-L12-C40-T24
