Short Drain to Direct Water Flow

Short Drain to Direct Water Flow

This is my simple design of a short drain that can be printed with PETG and without any supports. The idea is to glue or screw this drain on the bottom of a container, pot, or pipe to direct the water flow into the desired direction.

Dimensions

The individual values are prefixed in the part ID and filename with the letter you see in the drawing above.

LR2239-L<length>-W<center width>-S<slope>-R<rim width>

Length (L)

The length is the distance from the center to the tip of the drain in mm.

Center Width (W)

The center width is the diameter and also the inner width of the drain at the rim side. The value is in mm.

Slope (S)

The slope is the height difference from the center to the tip in mm. Larger values mean a steeper slope.

Rim Width (R)

There are three different widths of the rim. The value is the width of the rim in mm on the top side.

Height (H)

In the catalog, you also find the approximate height of the drain from the top side to the tip in mm. This value is rounded to the nearest mm, and the drain can be slightly higher.
