I designed this stylish hook primarily for wardrobe use, featuring three exchangeable front pieces to suit your style preferences. The design consists of three parts, with two being glued together for easy assembly and maintenance.
Dimensions
The design includes three different front piece variants with specified dimensions as well as two parts designed for different screw directions.
Choose the Screw Direction
There are two similar parts to choose from depending on your installation needs:
LR2248C-811– Screw Head in the Hook: Designed to fit an M5 screw head in the hook, compatible with 5mm, 5.5mm, or even 6mm flat head wood screws.LR2248C-812– Hex Nut in the Hook: Designed to accommodate an M5 hex nut with a hex profile in the middle to prevent the nut from spinning.
Choose the Front Piece
Three distinct front pieces are available for customization:
LR2248C-821– Ring Shape: Adds a trumpet-like look with rounded indentation for striking visual effects with shiny filaments.LR2248C-822– Flat Rounded: Offers a flat surface ideal for engravings. For a cohesive look, use a matching fill geometry, like “Concentric” in PrusaSlicer.LR2248C-823– Fully Rounded: Provides a tactile touch with a classic appearance, perfect for a traditional feel.
Recommended Materials
The hook is designed to work well with PLA for casual use. For rough environments, PETG or ASA is advised to ensure durability, especially in high-stress applications such as supporting heavy jackets and bags.
