I’m excited to present a frame design crafted to reliably print an array of decorative stars. These stars—67 in total, offering a mix of five and six-pointed varieties in assorted sizes—are held within a removable frame that makes taking them off the print bed a seamless process. The frame’s design ensures that it’s printed during a second pass, so the small attachment points are weak, allowing each star to detach smoothly without leaving visible marks.
This design was born from the need to simplify the printing of these intricate small stars, and I hope it inspires you or aids you in creating similar designs.
