Pentagon Plant Saucer - Geometric Elegance for Your Plants

Pentagon Plant Saucer - Geometric Elegance for Your Plants

Introducing the Pentagon Plant Saucer, a geometric marvel designed to complement your potted plants with both beauty and functionality. Crafted with a keen eye on the aesthetics of classic terracotta style, it features a flat rim that exudes simplicity and perfection in its angles. The bottom is adorned with meticulously designed ribs, forming a captivating geometric pattern that’s not just for show. These ribs play a crucial role in facilitating airflow, thus preventing stagnant moisture—a common enemy of plant health.

Perfect Match for Your Pentagon Pot

For an impeccable aesthetic pairing, combine this saucer with the Flower Pot in Pentagon Shape. Designed to match, this duo enhances the visual appeal of your greenery, making a statement in any setting.

Dimensions

The Pentagon Plant Saucers come in various sizes, accommodating a wide range of pot dimensions. The example filename LR2412-P5-S25-H040-D260.3mf deciphers as follows:

  • P5 denotes the saucer’s pentagon shape.
  • S25 indicates a side thickness of 2.5mm, ensuring robustness.
  • H040 specifies the saucer’s height at 40mm.
  • D260 represents the saucer’s diameter, measuring 260mm from tip to tip.

Choosing the Right Side Thickness

The models not only have different sizes, but also three side thicknesses. The side thickness also defines the thickness of the ribs, at the bottom of the saucer.

  • S17 (1.68mm): The thinnest variant is best suited for rigid filament. It is ok for smaller saucers, but definitely too weak for saucers matching pots equal or greater than 200mm in height.
  • S20 (2.0mm): The medium thickness gives more stability and works well for soft materials like PETG. A good compromise, for medium sized indoor saucers and pots.
  • S25 (2.5mm): My recommendation. This thickness provides excellent structural support for the sides and ribs of the saucer, even for very large prints. These prints withstand harsh outdoor conditions and heavy pots.

I hope this design brings both beauty and functionality to your plant arrangements. Your feedback and shared photos of the saucer in use are greatly appreciated.
