I made these large and sturdy boxes specifically to be printed on large printers like the PrusaXL. They are meant as inserts for drawers or cabinets, providing containers that can be easily removed with their contents.
These boxes come with a flat sidewall, ensuring they fit snugly and provide ample storage. To counteract the common issue of warping, especially in larger prints, I’ve incorporated stabilization ribs. These not only enhance the structural integrity but also add a touch of design sophistication.
An inset rim is a thoughtful feature, making it easy to grab and remove the box, even when it’s nestled deep in a drawer. For added versatility, I’ve included variants with cut-outs, allowing the boxes to be placed around vertical bars seamlessly.
As these inserts require custom sizes, I provide Parametric Fusion360 projects. This enables you to customize the dimensions and features, tailoring the boxes perfectly to your drawers or cabinets.
