I designed this junction box cover to provide a seamless solution for both new installations and the replacement of old, yellowed covers. The design is minimalist yet functional, consisting of a durable frame that attaches securely to the junction box and a cover that clicks neatly into place.
The integrated locking mechanism ensures that no screws or other fasteners are visible, giving your walls or ceilings a clean, uncluttered look. A small, discreet button on the side of the frame allows for easy removal of the cover when access to the junction box is needed.
Dimensions
The cover sizes are based on the distance between screw centers, rather than the outer dimensions. The models cover screw center distances from 60mm to 120mm, in 5mm increments. If you can’t find a specific size, check for reversed dimensions (e.g., X=100, Y=90 vs. X=90, Y=100). A PDF catalog is available for easy reference of all 226 sizes.
Fusion Designs
Fusion 360 designs are also provided, offering flexibility for customization. These designs are user-friendly and ideal for experienced CAD users who wish to modify or extend the model.
